Explore the rooms from the “attic to the basement.” Everything in the house is designed for your maximum comfort, and we have decorated the rooms, equipped the kitchen, and designed the garden with this in mind.
The Boróka Guesthouse has 8 double rooms of 20 sqm, offering comfortable accommodation for 16 guests. The two separate parts of the house are almost mirror images of each other, separated by our largest indoor communal space, the kitchen-dining room. Each part has 4 rooms, 2 of which can be connected to form a family room. Room types: You can choose from 7 Standard and 1 Superior Romantic type room.
Each of the uniquely designed spacious bedrooms has a separate entrance, a traditional, country-style shared porch, a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The rustic, antique furniture and modern solutions complement each other perfectly, so each room has its own color scheme and atmosphere.
Family rooms: mothers can also relax in our baby-friendly guesthouse. Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge in a shared room. There is no extra bed available if you arrive with older or more children, 2 connecting rooms are the solution. If required, we provide a cot and highchair.
Facilities: all rooms are air-conditioned and heated, so you can enjoy your stay in all four seasons. The flat-screen TVs (with cable channels and Netflix package) in the rooms and the super-fast wireless internet connection provide unclouded entertainment. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.

All our rooms have their own bathroom; each room is equipped in the same way and is practically the same size. A comfortable, built-in shower, a huge mirror, a hairdryer, a built-in toilet, extra towels, hand sanitizer and toilet paper await your arrival.
Our fully equipped kitchen, connected to the dining room, will make cooking a pleasure, even for those who are not considerable kitchen wizards. The room is equipped with almost everything: glasses, mugs, plates, cutlery, pots, bowls, spices. There is an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and a refrigerator for your convenience.
You can drink coffee and tea unlimitedly and for free, we have special artisanal loose-leaf teas, and everyone loves them…
The kitchen is the central square of the house where you may start the day together, drink your morning coffee, or prepare breakfast or dinner together. 16 people can comfortably fit inside but we also have two nice big tables on the porch in front of the kitchen where you can eat and chat. On lazy evenings or in rainy weather, the whole family can gather here to organize marathon board game parties, so everyone will definitely be part of the experience, and you can end the day together!
If you are a fan of outdoor cooking and garden parties, let the outdoor gastronomic adventures begin! The fire pits offer the opportunity to grill, roast bacon and even make a pot roast. Bring firewood, as it sometimes runs out, but we provide all other equipment.
Games and active recreation outdoors! You can spend pleasant moments together in the communal areas of the huge garden, whether it is playing table football, ping-pong or poker with an evening glass of wine, or you can choose from the card and board games on display.
In the garden seating area, outdoor dining furniture, garden and hanging chairs as well as an outdoor sofa are at your disposal. 24 people can comfortably fit here, so if you are planning an exciting getaway with friends or a large family, you will definitely fit here well. No problem if you prefer silence and the chirping of birds while sitting in the garden with a book in your hand, you may relax undisturbed.
